All day video not creating

i have not see this before
and you say nothng changed on your end?

Hi Brian,

Life in lockdown has me revisiting this. even when i go to create all day or last hour video it still yeilds the same result so its a local issue not an upload issue. please have a look at my setup screenshots and the local videos that say 00.00.00 rather than 30 sec long or so. please let me know your thoughts. Im using WD10.37S111 (most recent)
Here Bedford AWS Webcam is the link to the videos that are uploaded, though it has the same issue (glitchy) as i do locally.

is there a jpgwebcam.jpg file being updated in the webfiles folder
and then is there time stamped versions of that being updated as well
and what shows in the moviemakerlog

#18676.4: [mp4 @ 03EF3540] Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:0; previous: 11, current: 0; changing to 12. This may result in incorrect timestamps in the output file.

what I would try is delete all the time stamped files
i.e to reset them

Hi Brian,

Thanks for that. I shut down WD and deleted all the timestamped files. It didnt seem to work though.

Movelog since 4.30pm or so attached.
