Install:
- Unzip download
- upload the scripts to your pwsWD/ folder
- Add extra_blocks.txt to your pwsWD/_my_settings/ folder
- or merge the lines in extra_blocks.txt to your pwsWD/_my_settings/extra_blocks.txt file if you already use that file
