Hello everyone…
I am back online with my pc ( haven’t used it in about 8 months). I downloaded the new 10.20o and my WD is not being updated. This is what I get:

getting status
Ws2500 timer on
Ackl, stopping timer
Ackl, stopping timer
getting status2
Status report arrived
Sensor #1 is OK.
Sensor #2 does not exist.
Sensor #3 does not exist.
Sensor #4 does not exist.
Sensor #5 does not exist.
Sensor #6 does not exist.
Sensor #7 does not exist.
Sensor #8 does not exist.
Sensor #9 does not exist.
Rain sensor: does not exist.
Wind sensor: is OK.
Brightness sensor: does not exist.
Pyranometer sensor: is OK.
Indoor sensor: has an error. :31 %

Without HF
Sensors: 0-9
DCF assync
Battery OK
Interface version 2.4
Interval time 15 minutes
This is my error log:

Resetting rain daily value , day: 21
Resetting wind/temperature daily value , day: 21
I’m using com 1.
I have all std sensors…Rain is not installed…All others are.

Is the main unit actually recieving all of the sensors? What does WD display on the main screen?

that is the status report, so what do you see when you click on get data
checks:
that you have the outdoor sensor # to use set as 1
and what is the raw barometer reported…if its very low, i.e if you live at altitude, then you will need to set a barometer offset and control panel, barometer offsets and rainfall to get the barometer reading up to what it should be for your location (mean sea level adjusted)
