can you help i am using wd with heavy weather today i switched on wd before heavy weather and about 5 hours of data is missing can i retreive it
set the needed date/time to get the data from, under control panel, data logger setup
then restart WD

I’ve had similar problems, but not for the same reason. In my case it’s that HW doesn’t always log readings when expected - in some cases (as best I can gather) it can be up to eight minutes before it ‘catches up’ - which means WD misses the intervening period.
