Just testing the Weather Watch soft and getting some strange temperature for my area !
Enable my city for METAR downloads but the temperature shown is likely 8
In the Setup, Weather station type setup, set the station as Stationless,
In the Setup, FTP, FTP/METAR setup select the METAR near you,
Under METAR download, untick all boxes except “use this metar for sky conditions…” and “Use this metar to update weather displays data…”, Click ok.
Wait for a short time. See if that helps. If not restart WD.

which metar are you using?
i,.e the 4 letter code?
i will try and test /duplicate here
also, i did fix a problem with using the hamweather server metar source a while ago, so maybe try the latest vers of wd
The METAR ( 4 letter code) update is working well in the stationless mode for me since your fix some time ago. (Wind, Tepm, Humid, etc.).

But it still ain’t working correct in my opinion !
Letter code is: EDDT (Berlin-Tegel, Germany)

EDDT.TXT looks good here.
WD displays the values contained in the EDDT.TXT METAR.
What values are incorrect? The values in the METAR or the values displayed in WD.
There should be a “EDDT.MET” file in the “*:\wdisplay\downloads\METAR” folder. That file may be read with a text editor and should contain the values from the downloaded EDDT METAR>

There isn’t such a file !
Search for all *.met files even…
The problem is WD just shows the wrong temperature.
The FTP must be setup in

Seems to work now…
Did a reinstall !
But somehow I guess the upper ON/OFF button in ftp/METAR download was OFF by mistake ! 
One last thing: Are there alternate METAR infos available with public access ?
Thought of this because I saw the weather warnings/forecasts in this section too…
But at noaa.gov I haven’t found files for Europe, Germany…

There are files for Europe on the noaa.gov I use EBBR.TXT, the file for Brussels in Belgium. Take a look at the list of stations in WD under FTP/Metar Download. There you will find whatever you want

Ahhh and still one thing more:
I’m not getting daily rainfall reports.
Just got the “month to date” & “year to date” amount !
Nothing more…
And it rained cats and dogs a few hours ago.

Did a clean deinstall and seem to have some problems again !
Temperature seems to work fine now, but the graph to the right does show some different value compared to the temperature show in current condition window !
The “Data Received” indicator turned red now ! No clue why…
Yesterday it was flashing almost every 5 seconds or something like that.
And I still wonder if the metar data contain the rainfall values ?
As mentioned before I had some entries for “month to date” & “year to date” before re-install.
Now nothing !

only some metars have rain info: you can view the metar and see if it mentions rain last hour
