Since upgrading to 9.97f the wind speed recordings are now recording zero. The wind direction is displayed right on north - there is a breeze but it is more north-easterly so I donot think direction is recording either. When I attempt to view the metar information by clicking on the sky conditions graphic it does not display.
I am operating stationless and get the wind data from the metar which has been operating very well. Also another question, how do I set up the Solar % to display - ET displays. Is it possible to get the information from the metar or is a weather station and sensor required.

The wind speed and direction are now recording and I can view the metar data. It would have paid me to wait a while to see if the problem rectified itself as it did. Sorry for any inconvenience. Still interested in knowing about Solar % reading.

as for ET, that should not be showing either:it should only get displayed if you have a solar sensor…solar readings, e.g wm/2, are not in metar data …not that i have seen…but cloud amount is…
email me your settings, so i can see why it shows up:
wdisplay.ini from c:\winnt or c:\windows and wdisplayftp.reg from the databackup folder (if not there, go action, back up registry, then click on back up now)
