When I click on “view, wind dials only”, the window is to small for the dials. Only the top half shows and the window can’t be resized.
I was going to try and post a picture of it, but havent figured out how to do that yet.

Exactly. Mine cut off right at the center of the dials, but other than that, the same.
How do you insert the image? Tried cut/paste, but that didnt seem to be the trick.
I take a screen shot with AcdSee, then upload to my web server - then link that image using the “img” buttons at the top of the posting page. Some forums allow you to upload to their server while this one does not. You need to link your image from your own server.
To get a screen shot, you can hit the “print screen” key which will copy it to your clipboard - or you can use this nice little free program:
