Where does WunderGround get forecast information from for Intl. cities

Any idea where wunderground gets it forcast information for international cities.

For example, if I enter ZUCK, I get current conditions and forecast for Jiangbei, Cheng-Du

I am pretty sure they get current conditions from NOAA but I can’t find forecast information for METAR codes on the NOAA site.

The reason I ask is that I am sick of all the stupid pop ups on wunderground.

yes current from NOAA.

I don’t know exactly where wunderground get their data, but try here

I have been there but they don’t support as many cities as I like. In addition, I want to search by METAR code and worldweather does not support that (at least I don’t think they do).
