When does the icon "haze" appear?

could anyboy let me know, when the icon “haze” appears and how it is definated in the program.

temperature above 13.5oC, humidity 99% or higher, and no rain

The definition for haze says, that haze appears over 80 % humidity.
Is it possible, setting the 99 % to another one?
