I have entered a value of 60 instead of 120 for the webcam pic refresh rate in my config and uploaded it - but WDL still refreshes the pic every 120 seconds.

OK, I’ve got a new version almost ready that changes the way (internally to WDL) that refreshes occur so hopefully that will fix it.
