re the history data from a tempest, testing that now…seems there is a difference between the tempest the original…working on a fix

"weatherdisplaytest looks good. I did a test data extraction and it’s working correctly - THANKS. I’ll verify it in the morning when I restart the computer.
Latest “cronweatherflow” works correctly 1 out of about 5 tries. When the upper left hand box just show “OK” then there is a GREEN LED and everything is correct. The other 4 out of 5 times the box in the upper left show OK, followed by “Remote Host connection complete” and “Web socket connection complete” with a RED LED, but the data is all showing correct on the screen and in WD.
I can’t explain it.

Is with the station ID set to your tempest station?Data from the web socket…u will see the OK top left show etc
If the data is from a tempest
Then the UDP data can only
Get ingested if that data has tempest data

Yes, it is a shame. Wish I had a spare to ship down to you. Maybe I can ruffle their feathers by mentioning how much more help you could be to Weateherflow users if you had a Tempest and mention it might really help their sales.

the delay was more that it has taken them time to get consents re radio frequencies for this part of the world I think?
