Just downloaded the the following version -Weather Display For Intel MAC OSX10.8 and above v 10.37Mac Build 268
(Rain wise MK? with CC3000 Logger)
now have the following problem
No data is displayed. data is being received as i have loaded rainwise software in Parallels and can see data.
Also there are a number of outstanding issues, mainly stored data is not uploaded when WD first starts.

what version were you using before?

The previous released version, cannot remember the number and i have deleted the previous downloaded file.
Also, can the older version still be accessed? it would be good to be able to go a version if we encounter problems.

so do you mean a version like in the last week/month/year, or?
there is another thread post to a URL to the original WD Mac version

a list of say previous 5-10 version would be good.

what I mean is,when you say the version you were last using, was that from how long ago?

it was the version you released, before the version you released on the 5th April 2016, so a matter off a few days?

so the live data now does not work, for the rainwise station, when it was before?
it would be ideal is somehow I could get access to the com port data on the mac, .eg via com port redirector
(com port → IP → com port)
I know there is windows software…I wonder if there is mac software…
then can also work on the data logger operation
with the latest version of WD mac that is not getting live data from your rain wise station
what does show under view, debug info?
it seems that socat might work as a com port redirector

(the port you set would need to be port forwarded)
another option is if rainwise could send to me just the data logger (with some history data on it too)
since I have not heard back from you,
I have now sent an email to rainwise to see if I can get hold of a CC-3000 data logger to test with
I have heard back from Rainwise and they will send me a data logger

the version i downloaded on the 5th April had no live data, i can’t remember the ref or date of the previous download, but that did show live data.
i have just downloaded the version you posted on 11th April, and still no live data.
i have also downloaded and installed scout… but having issues understanding how it works, as said, i am not that IT literate… Civil Eng is my expertise I’m afraid.
if there is some software that will allow you to have access, then i will install.

good that there is raw data coming in…but so for some reason its not being used
I will do some investigating…
I have added more debug info to the latest update
(and make sure you have ticked to log the raw data under setup, advanced/misc)

i can install team viewer and email details to gain access if needed.
