WD/WDL reports snow when its raining

Its cold here but not that cold. Can anyone tell from the clientraw.txt what might be making WD/WDL think its snowing when it rains.

Funny thing is WDL says “Stopped raining” not “Stopped snowing” when the rain stops.

others have reported this…its seems to happen at a certain rate amount…/rate…
but I did make some changes to try and check things…
try the latest version 10.16…
