Today WD crashed for the first time I used it. There was an error, something about “Rainwise” but I don’t use that (have a La Crosse WS-2305). After restarting WD the indoor temp label on the main screen was disappeared. Also the outside temp jumped each update from 14
Which version of WD are you using, how many hours between the crash and you sorting it out, your wdisplay.ini file may be several hours old that would cause temperature differance. did WD crashing also crash computer as it sound like the wd part of registry has got corrupted

At the mo I am using v10.12o…
I used version 10.12n. WD didn’t crash the computer, the program itselves crashed. Also the reset at midnight didn’t happen. I figured out at about noon there was a problem with WD because he still uploaded some files to my website.
does your programerrorlogs show anything other than already mentioned

pratty, check your wdisplay.ini file is not write protected or something?
Koen De Vuyst: sounds like you may have a conflicitng setting…
check yuou dont have ticked , use the clientraw.txt file from this loction in the client/server setup, or something like that
maybe email me your settings files so i can have a look
i have no errors here , been running OK for the last 2 days
10.12r will be ready soon
hopefully that should fix the crash reports…
but no gaurentees
