When i restart wd, icon on main screen remains only when light of data quality is red. When it comes green and starts recieving data from 928N, and begins a new minute, during update data (i.e. 10:27:01AM) icon goes away.
If i double click on blank screen, no summary comes out.
If i go to view/summary immage, double click on it and all data with icon are right.
No messages in program/error log
I.ve triend a fresh installation. I installed wd 10.19r in another directory and creted file 2wd.txt and runned program from that directory, problem was the same after configuring program.
I think that problem is a bad generation of wdisplayftp.reg
I went back with 10.19a. but the problem was not solved. (because i did not erase wdisplayftp.reg and wdisplay.ini) but i.m sure that if i erase theese two files and reinstall 10.19a, all things will be good.

maybe check in the summary image and icon setup, untick to use the forecast icon from the station?
also check you do have ticked, show the icons on the main screen
but, though, email me your settings:
go action, back up registry entry now
then email me the files wdisplay.ini and wdisplayftp.reg, from the folder databackup
I solved problem myself…it’s a translation problem. I changed language from ITALIAN to ENGLISH and i follow your procedure. I was unticked what was ticked in Italian Language.
