I got it working first time
Just needed to follow the instructions Julian Included in the email, asnd or in the readme

this thread is for if anyone has any trouble
Hopefully it will become availble to all too very soon, or post on here if you want it emailed to you (and you email)

I wish I had a 1/4 of your talent for producing clean looking websites. The data presentation on your whole site is superb. I want to try and do something similar on my Mambo site.

This is wdlconfig_temp with the addition of the ā€œ----rainfall----ā€ at bottom left, and the solar tube between rain and indoor temp.

Julian - An option to get rid of 1 or both of the lines either side of the word ā€˜rainfallā€™ might be a bonus where you have a layout like this. Iā€™d probaly get rid of both of them with this layout, then centre the word ā€˜rainfallā€™ under the rain tubeā€¦ But great stuff :!: :smiley:

there is a report that 24 hour rain is not correctā€¦
i am expecting rain here in the next few days, then i will knowā€¦but i have done a tweak in the latest beta version
also, some people the average wind direction is not workingā€¦
maybe they are not using a recent version of WD?

I hate having the dog drool on me. I assume the dog feels the same every time I look and think about the new WDLive. The dog will get over it after all, it eats crickets and rabbit poop. Joe drool canā€™t be that bad :wink:

also make sure in the web files/web page, real time ftp setup, you have ticked, include last hour temp/wind/rain

That was something that occurred to me too when I was messing about with different config files but I never got around to implementing it. I'll do it for the next beta.

These should both be working (at least they are for me) although there is a question mark with the rainfall for the last 24 hours.

Works it with WD and WDL?

but there lightning counters that do work with WD :slight_smile:
is the data available to WDL too julian (i.e time of last strike) (as its in the clientraw.txt data)

If you use 3rd party software such as Astrogenics' NextStorm they provide a gate for getting live data out. I've got the details somewhere if you're interested.
