This is a maintenance release which fixes a couple of bugs with the Nexstorm lightning integration.
In certain situations the zoomed map failed to display correctly although it had loaded into WDL. This is now resolved.
Playback of a lightning sequence when you were in a different timezone to the website could fail and lead to increased cpu usage. This has also been fixed.
No changes are required to the config file for this release - plug and play!
working real good for you now ricky, good work Julian
ricky, you should see if you can get the zoom function to work
also, Julian, as an idea for the next version, having circles like the nexstorm does???
(i.e draw them over the top of the background map)
ricky,you can look forward to having a drop down selection of the hour of data to select from in the future (nearly working correct from my data feed now )
I just upgraded WD 10.20q & wdl to 3.05, when I go to the site he sais undefined? http://users.belgacom.net/jwa/wx/index.html
so I’m puzzled, I thingk I forgot to change something (I only changed 4 times 3_02 =>3_05)
so the old version still works http://users.belgacom.net/jwa/wx/wx.html
locally, it works fine so the xtml file should still be ok …
Hmm, not sure. I downloaded your index page and config file and running it locally here it works OK. No errors that I can see in your page. When I go to your new page though it appears to not load properly - IE is still trying to download something. All I can think of is that the swf file is corrupted either when uploaded to your webserver or when you downloaded it from the WD site. You could try downloading and uploading again but make sure when you try it the old version isn’t stuck in a cache. The best way to avoid that is to rename the swf file so it is wdlv3_05a.swf for example.
I installed everithing on my new bought website with 3.05 & everithing worked from the first time,
(much more expensive) http://www.walschap.net/jwa/wx/wx.html
on the other website it still doesn’t work … I remember now that in the beginning,
I used another ftp prg just because of this …
I think indeed this is the problem, altough couldn’t prove it yet …
