Following the very positive response to the beta, v1.3 is now available to download.
Basically the change is to how the data files are uploaded. Instead of requesting regularly until valid data is received the software now asks for data and waits for a response. If one is received it processes it, if not it waits for the next refresh period to occur.

just a side note, those who had already downloaded the beta 2 version, there should not be any reason to download this new 1.3 version, except I think Julian has added more to the readme file…i think!
I tried a dial-up connection to test the v1.03 WD Live feature. I connected at 37.2 Kbps. Both IE6 and Mozilla 1.6 loaded the WD Live page in seconds. Looked good also. 
Yes the package just renames the swf and updates the readme.
