Unable to download updates

In the 2012 release as wrnWarningEU.php|00|2020-09-23| , that is a script from a previous release.
The update is developed to find new scripts from this release onwards.
It is not for old versions of the dashboard or old version scripts.

If you really want to use that version, please change in line 1 of that script the version from 00|2020-09-23| to 09|2020-09-23|
The update scripts should not test that script then, I hope.
Let me know of that works, otherwise I have to adapt the update script.

For every language, also for the Dutch language, multiple users want me to improve their language. Problem is, I can not do that as I do not know the subtle differences they ask me to implement. I want to keep it and I have made the change in the first line as explained and now the download works.
