Un-do trends.gif background image

Using 10.10L at present. Accidently set a background image for the trends.gif file…Anybody know what the secret is to remove the background image? TIA.

Dan

You could make a new blank (empty) gif image, color the image using the color you want for a background color and select the blank image for the background image.
Or
You can go to the C:\Windows or C:\Winnt directory, locate the wdisplay.ini file, back it up or copy it to wdisplay_ini.old, In the wdisplay.ini file near the bottom locate [Trends colour] and delete just the entries that pertain to [Trends colour]. Close WD, Restart WD

If you have a problem go back to the C:\Windows or C:\Winnt directory, locate the wdisplay.ini file, delete it. Find the file you named wdisplay_ini.old and rename it to wdisplay.ini. Close WD, Restart WD.

yes
2 ways:
load a image file
then delete or rename that file, then restart wd, so wd cant find that file
or set the
[Trends colour]
image=
to blank in the wdisplay.ini file
