Special characters in WD Twitter updates not displayed correctly Weather Display for Windows

Please see the attached image. In the “Twitter for iPhone” app (and only there), the special characters from WD Twitter updates are not displayed correctly. Do you all think there is something wrong with the app? Or do you think there is some other “code” I could use for the special characters in order to make those special characters display correctly [foto.PNG]
