Yesterday out of the blue a WDisplay crash.
Luckily I had a backup and was able to restore it
So far so good
but now when trying loading files from WDisplay logfiles, this error:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException:
The index is outside the matrix boundaries.
Tried latest update WXsim same error
I suspect the crash has corrupted some or one of your WD log files, you need to verify what they contain. If you can’t fix them maybe you could set your date back to just before the crash and re-import the data from your logger. Make sure to back up your files before doing this or editing them. You cold try my log checker at https://www.stella-maris.org.uk/checklogs.php to see what they look like.

You mean set the date/time of the computer back to before the crash and load again ?
No you can set the date/time in WD back to just before the crash and it will try to load the data again from your logger. Sorry can’t remember exactly how as I no longer run WD but I know it can be done as I have in the past done it!
First though check your logs to see if they have indeed got errors.
