Temprature not changing

I’ve just put the latest Weather update on 10.13 and now 10.13g and the temprature has not changed since 2:30am and its now midday. The sensor tells me it has an error, but I can’t fault it otherwilse. It is reading 10.2c where it should be saying 12.1c. I have tried changing the batteries in the WS 2010-20 and that hasn’t changed anything since they have been new batteries for a week now (even though its reporting as LOW).

Any suggestions? It has been working fine up till this point. The only guess that I can make would be that the battery in the sensor is dying because there hasnt been heaps of sunlight for a few days. But thats a wild guess.

the battery status as low i need to fix
but, yes, if it reports the sensor has an error…then it means the data logger cant get the sensor signal/data
now, if the console can, then try moving the data logger, i.e as far away from the PC, and as much direct line of sight to the sensors, is best
a repeater can also help

The sensor is no more than 20 meters away if that. IT has been fine up till now.
