I setup Weather Cloud (Pro), when I open Weather Display it changes my Temperature on Weather Cloud to 55F.
I set it up via control panel. The test checks good, however I’m not getting green data lights.
Hopefully I have the correct sub cat.

If you’re not getting green lights for data in WD then you need to look there. If WD has bad data then it can’t feed good data to Weather Cloud, so you need to correct the WD connection first.

Why does WD affect the OAT shown in Weather Cloud?

This is when I open Weather Display it changes the Temp. These screen shots were taken a few minutes apart. I close WD it reverts back to the first picture.
As far as I can see WD uploads data to WeatherCloud. It appears that WD isn’t receiving data from your weather station (both status LEDs are red) and as the last data that WD saw from your station was 55F that’s the temperature it feeds to WeatherCloud. It’s possible that if WeatherCloud doesn’t get updates from WD then it uses data from another nearby station so the temperature looks more realistic.
