Synop bugs back again

Hi Brian,
the cloudiness does not appear in the synopcode again (in vers 10.14i it worked fine). The other changes in the synop seem working well.

Also the synop is only updated every 10 min (though I ticked update interval each time) - the bug you resolved before is here again …

Roman, you are in contact with me via email, and so you dont need to post things about the synop on the forum, as you are the only person using the synop with weather display, so there is no need for anyone else to be worried about it
