SunRise/SunSet

:?: doing setup>control panel>sun/Moon lat/long the screen indicates that it uses a minus sign (-) for East of GMT, isn’t this the reverse of normal convention? I’m use to seeing -122 being west of GMT, unless, of course, this is raw data from the internal workings of the program.

:?: Also where is the setting to get automatic reboot using WD? Or has that been discontinued?

:!: WS2310, WD 10.12z, P233, 64M

Thanks

As a followup, also in the sun/moon lat/long tab, there is a listing for sunrise and it shows 5:21 AM, sunset 9:10 PM, possible hours of daylight 3:49 PM.
Perhaps this is a bug report, but I haven’t found the data in the XML output, or anywhere else that I have seen, so it may not be a problem.

yeah, i live down under, and we do things upside down here…
actualy, its just the way the component works
and its just the way it needs to work in WD

others have reported a bug with the possible of hours of sun light
i will look into it

reboot: its in the ftp/internet setup, in the weather report setup (yeah i know, a bit obscure)

Re: Hours of daylight

If you think about it, 3:49 PM comes out to 15:49 Hours.

Oh yeah, that little box that says “PC Reboot Times” in bold letters, same place you hide an elephant, in middle of the living room.

Thanks

that make sense
that is determined by your windows regional settings, time settings
i will have to make a work around
