I have been manually creating and uploading the file to my server. From the control panel, I click on Internet File Creation & Uploads, then in Advanced Internet settings, I have been using wxlocal2.html. I click on the “set” button, and another window pops up for the file’s creation and upload. I have been doing this for some time now, but for the past two days, this window will not display, so I cannot create and upload the file. I can’t think of any reason why this started happening. I didn’t change any settings
What version of WD are you running? Have you tried re-starting WD? Rebooting computer?
Have you checked the wx2.html file in your webfiles directory to see if the file is being generated as scheduled? Any errors in the ftp log? Is WD actually attempting to ftp the file or doing nothing at all, be it create or ftp the file(s)?
I’m running version 10.37. The file is not getting generated or uploaded automatically because I generate and upload the file manually, using the file creation and uploads window, and then using WD’s ftp function, but the window for me to do this won’t display at all.
