Sorry This Software Has Expired

I have installed SP2 for windows XP Pro, and the program runs a few seconds and comes up with “Sorry This software has expired the Tue4sday, January 06, 2004 Please Register it!”

I have uninstalled it reinstalled it, I have used the register program, the numbers show up but it still stays in trial version.

I go to register from the menu and my numbers are there. However when I click on ok it still stays in expired trial mode?

Help I need this program for my weather station.

that must be an old version?
as versions from the last 3 months should not have trouble like that with sp2
