Saving the Dispaly Screen

Hi
uploaded a variation of the main display screen. i hen played around with the layout and colours to get a layout that i liked. all the way through the process i backed up reg files.
on finishing, i then closed down the programe, by using exit and save.
when starting wd again, the layout had reverted back to that i had down loaded and updated as my start point.

with this in mind, how do you save the configuration once you have played about with it?

make sure to click on save
back in setup, advanced/misc , main program (where you first enabled customisation)

that worked. however, the font size and colours have not saved. suggestions?

set those under control panel, colour setup
note that font colour supercedes just colour setting
(there is a setting about that override too)
