I have set this option to yes and I see a icon in systray called weather display watchdog, if I click on it shows a blanc window named Form1.
But it seems to do nothing? Have You any idea what it do’s?

what it does, is if weather display happens to close itself for some reason, the watchdog program will start weather display back up again.
