This has probably come up before, but please help…
My Realtime graph is usually uploading a frame with times about 6 +/- hours behind. That is, if it’s 8 am, graph data for times around 3 am are showing on the Realtime graph. I can scroll ahead in the software screen. And it will then upload current times, for a while, then it lags behind again.
I’m set using 100 records. Any suggestions?
so, when it looks to be lagging, by scrolling to the right, you can still see current data?
i.e its just that when you view it, its not auto scrolled to the right?
i think that might be becuae you have the number of records set low, at only 100 (default is 5000)

Yes to both of your questions.
I will push it to 5000, but I remember it being a bit higher with same symptoms, and I set it low to see if it would help. I will report after a good run at 5000.

BTW, 5000 didn’t make any difference. Exactly 4 hrs. behind.

Well, I just corrected it at 7:50 am this morning, it make take a few hours to get “behind” again.
