Problems with customized screen

I am trying to build a customized screen but am having difficulties when I try and go back to the default WD screen, then back to the customized screen #1.
I can bring up the custom screen okay, add items, move things around, etc… However, when I go to the default screen I cannot do anything until I completely kill the custom screen. Minimizing the custom screen is not enough, I must “X” out of it. When I do I cannot get back into it through the “view”, customize screen menu. I must kill WD all together, restart, then I’m back to where I began. Additionally, when I try to save my custom screen it appears do so, but when I restart WD and bring up my custom screen again it is all rearranged and disorganized. I get the following program errors through this routine, though I am not exactly sure which ones come when. I recently updated to 10.15L, and had this problem so I just updated to 10.15o, to no avail. Here are the errors from the program error log:

those errors will be related

try the reset, next to where you select that custom screen
but before you do that, email me your settings files
wdisplay.ini from c:\windows or c:\winnt
and
wdisplayftp.reg from the folder databackup, after going action, back up registry entry now, and I will see whats up
