Hi! I have a Davis Vantage Vue and WD 10.37P b15 but I have a problem. At least once in a week WD loses the connection with the Davis and I lost all the data min/max (it marks -100/+100 for temp, hum, dew, etc.). I have to remove usb and re-insert it. Is it a diffused problem? How can I solve it? Thanks!
Do you have the USB data logger?
If so then this is a know issue with the USB version of the data logger and there are a few things to try.
I sorted mine by changing the supplied USB cable for one that has thicker cable and I added a ferrite choke to each end of the cable.
Others has found that running the console of battery power and removing the power supply has worked.
It’s all to do with external interference that causes the USB connection to be lost between the console & the PC.

Today i have bought a high performance usb cable. I hope to solve problem…
If it doesn’t and there is only one ferrite choke on the new cable then try a second one on the other end.
