Problem with clientrawrealtimeftp ver 2.4

I have just upgraded wd to version 10.10r which also has a new version of clientrawrealtimeftp with it. With this new version I get an error when I try to upload the clientraw.txt file.

Failed to connect [10061] Connection refused

I have gone back to version 2.3, checked the settings, then re-installed 2.4, but despite al the settings in tcp/ip/client/server being the same, it just wont budge.

Is there something I need to adjust?

I do have a firewall, but even with this switched off I can not upload.

I have just downloaded the version 10.10r update again, and updated my installion, and it works fine. The download must have had some corruption.
