One more Forecast-Icon question

hi all,

i have just one more question about the forecast icons in wd. im using the ws2300 station and a registered version of wd10.17. my webfiles folder only has the forecast.gif, forecastnew.gif and forcaststation.gif. and i have a new folder named myicons with other icons like cloudy.gif.

is it necessary to download metars to have an icon change to i.e. “clearnight” at nighttime? my webpage always show only one of the 3 above mentioned forecastincons.

how can i make them change between day- and nighttime and the current weather situation without downloading metars?

check you dont have in use use the forecast icon from the station in the summary image and icon setup
and check you have your lat/long set correctly in the sun moon setup
and check you dont have ticked, use this image for the icon in the input daily weather
