Number of rain days in month

for raindetail.gif where does it get the number of rain days in the month from? Currently it thinks I have had 10 days of rain here so far this month but we have only had 8 days with rain fall.

your graph shows 9 days rain, I to have noticed that there seems to be an extra day of rain against what has actually happened.
Mine shows rain on the first 10 days - yet says there are 11 wet days - if you squint !

I got the 8 days of rain from the averages/extreme data

5.0 mm on day 1
12.0 mm on day 3
20.0 mm on day 4
2.0 mm on day 5
15.0 mm on day 6
1.0 mm on day 7
4.0 mm on day 12
2.0 mm on day 13

so the graph adds an extra day? and raindetail.gif adds an extra day again!?

I’ve had one day of rain this month, but the raindetail gif says 3 days of rain.

Just checked mine as I have only had one day of rain this month, and the chart is showing correctly only 1 day of rain.
I am using a Davis WMII station.
