Not updating my web page

Ever since I upgraded to 10.13h the updating to my web page has become very unreliable. It will update regularly for some hours and then all of a sudden it will stop. Then if I do a manual update the automatic updates will sometimes start again for awhile. :frowning:

anything under: view, program error log or ftp log?
what station do you have?
what are the specs of your computer?

try checking the files in the webfiles folder, to see if they are actualy being updated Ok
what version of WD were you using before?
what weather station type?
also , when it has not updated, check under view, ftp log, view full log, to see if there is anthing thing out of the ordinary

All seems to be well in WD again!!! I went into the control panel when I got home last night and reset the upload times. (I didnā€™t really change themā€“just clicked on the ā€œokayā€ button. The uploads seem to have been done okay all evening and all thru the night so Iā€™m very happy! I just hope that it continues.

BTW, the upgrade was from 10.12r and Iā€™m using a LaCrosse 2010 on a WIN-XP boxā€“P4, 2 gig, 512 meg ramā€“running 24/7 on a DSL connection.

Thanks for the helpā€“even though Iā€™m not smart enough to understand all the log files that I looked at. :frowning:

Looks as if I spoke too soon. I just visited my web page and I see that the last update was over two hours agoā€“itā€™s supposed to update every 5 minutes! :frowning: Iā€™ll try to update again by hand when I get home and then Iā€™ll probably upgrade tomorrow morning when I have some time.

the thing to check is if the files are updating in the web files folder
and then check under view, ftp log, view full log, and post here, when you get back, before you do anything moreā€¦

Oooops! Iā€™m sorry but I didnā€™t read your note until after I got home and had already done a manual update. I did manual updates during the evening and then upgraded to 10.13m this morning. Everything seems to be working okay, again. I just hope that it continues to work.

Yes, thank you! I just checked this morning and itā€™s still working fine. Thanks for a fine piece of software and fantastic support. I havenā€™t seen support like this since the early days of computing! :smiley:
