I have the new lacrosse ws 3600. Weather display not run with it. Is it normal? Can you that this software will be update for my new station?

does the data received light flash at all?
does the heavy weather software work with it?
i could get WD to read that HW file in
There is a new version of heavy weather tha t is not compatible with the last version
The station is very nice but there aren’t software to put data on line
