The moon image on the summary.gif at night and the sunmoonimage.gif do not update when program has been running for more than a couple of days without a restart

i have put version f on now but as we are at full moon today 8th Dec will wait till end of week to give an answer on this subject, early signs on version 9.98a looked promising.
