minor bugs in dutch WDL2.05

Low priority message:

  1. Using graph (grafiek) one gets a pull down menu
    the third option rainfall last hour (neerslag afgelopen uurr) has one r to much
    and should be (neerslag afgelopen uur)
  2. If one uses the dutch version, tekst overwrites each other (words are sometimes longer in our language than in english :wink:
    So I changed the xml a bit
