McMahon - Last Good ECMWF Mix Run was ( 2023-10-15-18 z ) and Last Should Be ( 2023-10-16-00 z ).
It is possible that the Data is running Late.

2023-10-16-00Z is available.
My 9AM run just downloaded the 15-18z ECMWF files so I should get the 16-00z at the midday run

MM OK reason this was logged was because the data was not updated nor uploaded to my weather site for processing. I have seen this once in the past.
Firstly Yes ECMWF Mix data was available.
Secondly the cause was that “weather . cod . edu /” was extremely slow to download, this resulted in wdata.txt being locked (still in use) by the time WxSim ran the forecast. This in turn thru an unhandled exception error.
I have now changed WxSimate to download “proxy . wxsim . net / cod / digatmos /” for all 3 (sao/syn/upa). I is also a tad slow but no were near as bad as the other.
Maybe a US/AU issue, don’t know.

You only missed the 00Z data by 18 minutes!
I understand. My brain was a bit befuddled trying to figure out how the Schroedingers data was both available and unavailable at the same time
