I have been updating my web site from my laptop. All ok. I want to change from the Laptop to desktop. I have taken the laptop to the desktop and made sure of all the settings. and tried to turn off the settings on the laptop. The laptop still sends and the desktop will not. The desktop will update UIView and Weather Underground.
Hope I have not confused you with all the tops.
What do I need to turn off on the laptop and turn on the desktop.

The laptop is on a lan from the desktop.
check your main internet switch in control panel / ftp setup/connection
turn it off on laptop and on the desktop turn it on if not already done
