Invalid floating point operation error . On start up

Running version 1037Qb36. and WMII. On startup I get a Invalid floating point operation error . The data will not load into WD. This happened after I had a computer crash. Do you know what I need to do to fix this?

try:
action , convert WD logfiles to data files
click on convert, wait for the finished to be displayed
then restart WD
try that

I gave that a try but I get the same error.

run the debug version
and see what the reports
(email the created WeatherD.elf file in c:)
