I’m trying to add WDL to my Office station.
Again I am confused . I read in readme.html: "Place the file wdlconfig.xml in the same folder on the web server that the clientraw.txt file gets FTP
have set your clientraw file to update?
No. The info in readme.html didn’t tell me to, and frankly I don’t know where to adjust the clientraw file. Is this file supposed to be uploading to the web server? I don’t see it listed there.
WDL gets it’s data from the clientraw file so it must be set within Weather Display to update regularly to the webserver. Have a look at this thread http://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php?topic=4048.0 which explains the basics.

i need to add a section to the help files on setting the uploading of the clientraw.txt file for use with WDL
but basicly once you have your FTP settings set under connecitons in the ftp/internet setup, then go to the webfiles/web page/real time ftp setup, and tick, enable real time uploading for the clientviewer,SVG/WDL
then the clientraw.txt file is FTP’d using the program clientrawrealtimeftp.exe
if you dont need to ftp, then tick that option (i.,e you are running your own server)
