I am attempting to import 4 years of Weather Link Log files. When I select the wlk file, program displays “Writing temporary log file”; Progress of import shows nothing. When I hit Import this file, program displays “Finished”; progress of import shows nothing again.
When I go to View and Modify Log File/Rain totals, nothing ever displays after selecting the Davis log file I tried to import. Try to graph the specific dates I “imported” also shows nothing.
Is the import of Davis wlk files working? Does the software need to be registered for this functionality?
Also, would it be best to import all of the Davis wlk files before going live with the WeatherDisplay software? Currently I am still using WeatherLink on a 8 year old Windows 98 computer that could pass away at any time.

(works for, so should for you as well)
(first tick to use .wlk format, then select the .wlk file
then click on import)
the problem was I needed to remove the directory info in the file name before parsing out the month/day/year from the file name (if just the .wlk file was entered in the file name field and no directory (i.e it was in the same directory as where WD was (or the root directory) then it would have worked I think))
