Humidity reading wrong

Not sure if this question fits here…but I have a lacrosse 2010 (just got it) and for some reason the humidity level doesn’t go below 20% on the WD software or the Lacrosse display. I know it is less then 20% humidity right now… Any help to fix this problem would be great. :?

BTW it has been stuck on 20% level on the WD software for over 4 hours. The weather channell has the humidity here around 17-18% :? :?

I have a LaCrosse 2310 and the manual stated that the unit will display a max humidity level of 90% and minimum of 20%. Hope this helps.
