A couple of things to get your list of tasks started…

  2. Install FreshWDL onto the Pi… HOWTO: Install FreshWDL on your Weather Raspberry Pi

I know you want Saratoga rather than FreshWDL, but getting FreshWDL working is a good test that you’ve got consolewd set up correctly and that the web server is working OK on the Pi. There’s more you need to do for Saratoga, e.g. install PHP, but once FreshWDL is working you’re well on the way to where you want to be.
