How Do I Get wxtide32 to work with WD?

OK. I downloaded wxtide32, a zip file, and extracted it to C;Program Files/wxtide32 folder as suggested by the wxtide32 README file.

Now when I go into WD/View Panel/Tides and click on the SET THE PORT LOCATION button, all I get is a message that says PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE TIDE PROGRAM FIRST.

Obviously this is taking me nowhere. Can you tell me what to do so that wxtide32 works with WD/View Panel/Tides??

actualy, you need to extract it to where you have weather display installed
