this may be answered, but I have used Godaddy’s $3.95/mo shared hosting just fine for WDL and WD web pages.
All you need is FTP access to install WDL.
But if you want something really cheap that works very well for WD and WDL you can get a $20 / year plan from www.e-rice.net 
can’t beat those numbers, though I have three other sites I am operating, so I needed a dedicated server in the end.
I probably wouldn’t host a commercial enterprise with e-rice. He runs a service for hobby websites, and a very good one IME.
