Help program crashed and won't restart (2)

At 7pm Eastern standard time (USA) my weather display program crashed.

so what are the symptoms
what is happening
what stage does it get
at what point does it crash
is there anything recorded in the programerror.txt file (where wd is installed)?

on startup data logger comes up it only reads about 3 to 5 percent of part one of data logger, then stops. then it goes to part two of data logger and goes to 100%. then the logger goes a way the WD then fill the screen like it is gonna start. then goes to system tray for about 10 second then is shuts off with the error message. ( send/don’t send error to micosoft.) Do you have any ideas? I am also running a McAfee firewall and installed a new router on sunday. But nothing else is new.

i tmight have been something to do with the data extraction at start up, or similar

now that you have it running, if you are brave, try now the latest version 10.19s

Well I tried 10:19s and had no luck still crashes. So I went back to 10:18a.
When 10.19o version first crashed had this error log - error : 10022:(10022) argument.
Had a few crashes when I started to run 10:19 versions.

that would point to a firewall issue,…blocking weatherd.exe access to the internet

Yes the fire wall had denied access to weather display. I gave it access and then everything is ok.
I got 10:19s runing :smiley:
